We connect to you via a private circuit dedicated just for you, providing the quality of service required for your business. Other Hosted VoIP providers put your phone calls on the public Internet, which is too risky for your business, as it can lead to dropped calls and bad call quality.

Many Hosted VoIP providers resell third party phone system software. This limits what features, products and upgrades they can offer their customers. M5 has developed our own softswitch software, which removes these limitations and provides greater flexibility, customization, and impactful solutions.
