M5 Networks was founded in 2000 and is a pioneer in cloud-based phone systems. We are a national company providing more than 2,000 companies with an enterprise-class phone system. Our mission is to provide phone systems and applications with an experience that businesses love.

We actively measure our clients’ satisfaction using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) system. We ask customers one important question: “On a scale of 1 to 10, how likely are you to refer M5 to a friend or colleague?” The average U.S. company has an NPS of about 15. This varies by industry, with some, such as the makers of consumer packaged goods faring pretty well with an average of 24, while others, like telecom/cable have an average score of -4. M5 is proud to share our score.
